By accessing or using Edskore GMAT Prep ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Edskore provides online GMAT preparation services including but not limited to:

• Interactive learning modules and video lessons
• Practice questions and mock tests
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Mobile and web application access

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing: Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (for users in India) and Dodo Payments (for international users). By making a payment, you agree to the respective payment processor's terms of service.

Subscription Period: Subscriptions are valid for the period purchased (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) from the date of payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Edskore, including text, graphics, logos, videos, questions, and software, is owned by Edskore and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or share our content
• Use automated tools to access our service
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific GMAT score or results. Success depends on individual effort and preparation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Edskore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
