These Terms explain how you may access and use the GMAT practice app. By continuing, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Use of the service
- The app provides study plans, practice questions, and analytics for personal, lawful use.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- Do not misuse the service (e.g., reverse engineering, automated scraping, or harmful behavior).
Payments & subscriptions
- Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by currency and platform fees.
- Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next period.
- Refunds follow the rules of your payment provider (Apple, Google, Stripe, Razorpay).
- Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled; we will show trial length, renewal date, and amount before billing.
Content and AI
- AI-generated explanations and plans are recommendations; you remain responsible for exam readiness.
- We may update or remove content, question sets, or features to improve quality or comply with policy.
Data use & notifications
- We process data as described in the Privacy Policy, including analytics to improve learning outcomes.
- You can manage local and push notifications in Settings and may opt out at any time.
- Offline access is limited; some features require connectivity to sync progress.
Account closure
- You may delete your account from Profile > Data & Privacy. Deletion removes your profile and study history from our systems.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or unlawful activity.
