This notice explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Using the app means you consent to this policy.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, authentication tokens, subscription status.
- Learning data: practice attempts, scores, streaks, remediation requests, and generated study plans.
- Device data: app version, device model, OS, and approximate location for fraud and regional compliance.
How we use data
- To run the app: authentication, syncing progress, delivering plans and notifications you request.
- To improve learning: analytics on feature usage and outcomes, anonymised where possible.
- To support payments: processing subscriptions, fraud prevention, and invoicing per provider requirements.
Sharing
- We use processors such as Firebase (auth, storage, analytics), payment gateways, and crash reporting.
- We do not sell personal data. We share data only to operate the service or comply with the law.
Your choices
- Manage notifications in Settings and revoke permission in your OS if desired.
- Access or export your data from Profile > Data & Privacy. You can also request deletion there.
- You may opt out of analytics where supported; disabling analytics may reduce personalisation quality.
Data retention & security
- Study history is kept while your account is active or until you delete it.
- We use encryption in transit and follow Firebase security best practices, but no system is 100% secure.
- Payment details are processed by payment providers and never stored on our servers.
Children
- The service is not intended for users under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16 we will delete it promptly.
Updates
- We may update this policy and will notify you in-app if changes are material.
